We come to the residence to measure the space, discuss your needs and learn about your style. Then you are invited to our beautiful custom showroom where you will have the opportunity to finalize your wood species, door style, stain color and all of your accessories with personalized service.

It doesn’t end there…we then handle all aspects of the cabinetry installation with our own crew. From the time your cabinets arrive to the final installation day we are dedicated to treating our customers with respect, timeliness, cleanliness and of course the best cabinet craftsmanship.

Complimentary Showroom Consultation

Every project begins with a complimentary consultation in our Palm Desert showroom. During your consultation, we’ll:

Learn about your project goals, lifestyle, and budget.
Review inspiration photos and ideas.
Explore cabinetry styles, finishes, colors, hardware, and organizational accessories.
Discuss the overall scope of your project.
Provide an initial cabinetry and installation budget.

This meeting allows us to understand your vision and determine the best direction for your project.

Professional Design Investment

Once you’re ready to move beyond the initial consultation, we’ll begin developing a custom design tailored specifically to your home.

Showroom Design Consultation: $350

Ideal for clients who already have measurements or are in the early planning stages. This includes:

In-Home Measure & Design: $500

Prefer to have us start with accurate field measurements? We’ll come to your home before beginning the design. This includes:

Our Design Philosophy

Every design we create is custom and developed specifically for your home, your lifestyle, and your project goals.

Throughout the design process, we’ll review concepts together, refine layouts, discuss product selections, and make adjustments until you’re confident in the direction of your project.

Because every design represents a significant investment of professional time and expertise, all concepts, renderings, floor plans, elevations, specifications, and construction drawings are reviewed exclusively during scheduled design appointments and remain the intellectual property of Son Cabinetry & Design until cabinetry is purchased.

The $350 Showroom Design Consultation and $500 In-Home Measure & Design are professional design service fees and are non-refundable.

Once your design has been refined, we’ll meet to review every aspect of your project together. We’ll carefully review:

Final Walkthrough & Project Completion

Before your project is considered complete, we’ll perform a comprehensive walkthrough with you. Together we’ll:

Answer any remaining questions.
Ensure every detail meets both our standards and your expectations.
